Admission

The School Management reserves all the rights to make changes/ amendments in the School Prospectus as and when required. These changes will be brought into the notice of Parents /Students through circulars / announcements. Age criteria for admission are as: -
Class six 10- 11 year
Class Seven 11- 12 year
Class Eight 12- 13year
Admission into various classes is subject to qualifying written Test from the subjects given below followed by an Interview and Medical Examination. Entry Tests are conducted according to requisite academic standard of the class for which the candidate has applied. The candidates who apply for admission shall be communicated exact time, date and center of the written examination and interview through call letter/admit card.
Admission is purely on open-merit system for all the candidates appearing from all parts of the country and abroad. However, the results are kept confidential. The criterion of the Selection Committee cannot be challenged. Candidates who qualify Entry Test and Interview are issued Joining Letters along with the instructions and exact date / Time to join the School. The candidates may use only the prescribed Forms (attached with the Prospectus) to apply for admission in any class as mentioned above.
At the time of joining the School, all the relevant documents/certificates must be completed. Prospectus and prescribed Admission Forms may be obtained from the School Office or from the Admission Office Islamabad on payment as under

Withdrawal of a Student

Parents/ guardians who wish to withdraw their sons/ wards from the School must notify the Admin Office and the PRINCIPAL in writing by completing the withdrawal form. The Student will have to pay full dues for the term during which he is withdrawn. Such withdrawals are entitled to refund of security deposit only. Dues once deposited are NOT REFUNDABLE in any case. There is no provision of part adjustment/remission of the amount billed, even if a Student remains on the School Rolls for a part of the term. Any Student whose fee is not paid within one month after due date, his name is liable to be struck off the School Rolls and may be re-admitted on payment of Rs.10,000/- subject to the approval of the Head of the institution/ School Council. No Student will be allowed to appear in Board Examination or for the annual examination, unless his accounts have been settled in full by the date on which the examination begins. The Students appearing for the Board Examination (9th, 10th, 11th & 12th) will pay the messing and boarding fee up to the end of calendar month in which their Board Examination finishes. Student who remains absent from the School without any information or prior approved leave for six consecutive days, are liable to be struck off the School Rolls. Re- admission on fee Rs. 10,000/- is charged in case they are allowed to rejoin School Council.
 Indiscipline, cheating, lying, stealing, use of abusive language and immoral conduct.
 Leaving School Campus in an unauthorized dress or without proper permission of the House Master/warden.
 Rudeness with Staff Members and Seniors.
 Keeping firearms, knives and any other weapon.
 Smoking, use of any drugs or narcotics.
 Willfully or deliberately damaging SCHOOL property.
 Being habitually unpunctual in Academics.
 Absent from dormitories/house after lights out.
 Taking part in strikes, protests, Inter-group fights and politics and indulging in unusual activities.
 Keeping undesirable literature.
 The Students are not allowed to keep any other item of clothing except those given in approved clothing list.
 The names of the relatives and friends, along with their full addresses, authorized to see the Students must be intimated to the School or else they should bring along a letter of authority from the parents/guardians. Unauthorized persons will not be allowed to see the Students.
 It is the responsibility of the parents/guardians to arrange safe journey for their sons/wards to and from the SCHOOL during breaks/holidays.
Violation of the School rules can result in the withdrawal/expulsion of a Student from the School, with or without warning. All cases of gross indiscipline shall be referred to the Chairman, School Council. Decision taken by the School Council shall be FINAL and NON-CHALLENGEABLE.
